2009 Rules

The Fair Board and the Rally committee would like to ask your help with some of the problems we have had in the past. We will do our part and hire a Private security firm to help us get those causing problems under control. We need your help too. Please read the following rules carefully and help us continue to have a rally at the Ogemaw County Fairgrounds.


MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO ATTEND

RALLY AT THE FAIRGROUNDS!

Children under 18 may attend race events
at the fairgrounds only if accompanied by an adult.

 

  • Fake or altered wrist bands will be prosecuted.

  • No guns or weapons of any kind.

  • No glass containers.

  • No golf carts, minibikes, mini choppers or scooters.

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

  • Speed limit on all roads in Fairgrounds is 15mph.

  • Burnouts on the roads must stop, please use the burnout pits.

  • Do not spray any liquid on roads to encourage burnouts.

  • The corral will only be open at the posted times. TBD

  • No signage promoting nudity or flashing.

  • No illegal fireworks or cannon blast.

  • Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.

  • All vehicles must have head lights.

  • No camping allowed in Antique Village.

  • All non camping vehicles must park in designated parking lot only.

  • The surrounding fenced property is private. Do not trespass.

  • Please do not run air conditioners in your campers at night.

  • Do not be abusive to Fair Board members, rally committee members or any of our volunteers. We receive no compensation for all the hours required to hold this event.
    Constructive criticism is welcome.

  • Quiet time from 2am to 7am will be strictly enforced.
    Be courteous to your neighbors offenders will be escorted from the Fairgrounds for the balance of the event.

After 2am:

  • Do not free rev your motorcycle.

  • Ride your motorcycle at idle speed only.

  •  No motorcycles in corral.

If you cannot behave yourself and follow these rules please do not come to our rally. Anyone breaking any of these rules will be escorted off the Fairgrounds without a refund.
